O'Keefe Plumbing & Gas is a locally owned Commercial plumbing company.
We are seeking applications from highly organised and proactive Administration Officers. If you are a self-starter with great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This opportunity is a full-time role with a competitive hourly rate. For suitable applicants we are also able to provide flexible working arrangements (school hours).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee debtor management, including follow-ups, reporting and reconciliation.
Process payroll efficiently and in line with company policies.
Bookkeeping and invoicing.
Handle incoming phone inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanour.
Assist with general administrative duties to support the team.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, within the trades and maintenance industry a benefit.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with invoicing, debtor management, and payroll.
Excellent communication and phone manner.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
MYOB or Xero experience would be desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and other relevant software.
