As an integrated security provider, our business includes security and CCTV installation & support, 24/7 security monitoring, alarm responses, patrols and guarding. Managed from our head office in Ballarat, our business is dynamic and fast paced.

Having completed a major systems and process upgrade, our business is entering a new and exciting phase of growth.

To help us achieve our goals we are looking for a proven Office & Finance Administrator to join our team.

This role offers interesting and diverse work as well as flexible hours. It is ideal for candidates with well-rounded skills and experience in customer service and back-office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
As Office & Finance Administrator your primary responsibilities will include:

Promptly answering, addressing and/or redirecting calls across several departments within the business.

Assisting in a range of finance and administration processes including accounts receivable, general invoicing, timesheets, banking, data input, record reconciliation, review of documentation and general administration.

Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers, suppliers, stakeholders and staff.

What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

At least two (2) years’ finance administration experience, ideally in a small to medium enterprise.

Proven experience as a call centre operator or receptionist.

A "can do" attitude and genuine willingness "pitch in" as part of a dedicated small team.

A track record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure.

Articulate (both written and verbal skills) and a genuine “people person”.

Computer literate. Experience working with finance systems and Microsoft Office products.
