Key role responsibilities:
Managing invoicing and supporting finance administration
Following up debtors and maintaining accurate records
Handling reception and acting as a first point of contact
Coordinating VEEC rebate submissions and tracking progress
Supporting ad hoc bookkeeping tasks
Overseeing compliance certificates in collaboration with field staff
Managing diary appointments and providing light email oversight
Delivering exceptional customer service and support
Key skills and experience:
Proven experience in a similar office management or administration role
Confidence using systems (ie. Xero) – experience with Arolo, JMS or Simpro highly regarded
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A positive and approachable attitude, with a team-first mindset
