We’re seeking a bright, energetic, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our CEO and BDM team, manage client relationships, and coordinate marketing activities.

This is not a passive support role — it’s a launchpad for someone who wants to build a career in sales, take ownership, and grow with performance-based rewards.

What You’ll Do:

Sales & Executive Support

Work closely with the CEO to support daily sales activities and projects

Research and identify B2B sales leads

Manage and track sales leads, proposals, and BDM pipeline progress

Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and tender responses

Coordinate with BDMs and assist in sales team operations

Organise and analyse sales data to support performance reviews and planning

Maintain relationships with existing clients: provide updates, discover new needs, and identify upsell opportunities

Marketing & Content Coordination

Create or assist in preparing sales materials and client presentations

Coordinate with Marketing and Designers team to develop content or visual assets

Manage website content updates

Post and manage content on LinkedIn and other social media channels

Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across media platforms

Who You Are:

Energetic, and passionate about technology and B2B sales

Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes pride in delivering error-free work

Ambitious and driven by growth, not just stability

Eager to learn and grow into a sales leadership role

Organised and able to manage multiple projects or tasks independently

Comfortable communicating with clients and coordinating internally

Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and Microsoft Excel is a bonus

Basic marketing knowledge and willingness to learn are highly regarded

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 AUD base, depending on experience

Performance bonus: up to 15–20% of base salary, based on KPI achievement
