About Pacific Boating: For over 20 years, Pacific Boating has been changing the way people enjoy Sydney's stunning waterways. Our mission is simple: to help more people appreciate the joy of boating without the hassle and cost of ownership or the long-term commitment of boat share. We offer the ultimate boating club membership program, providing a simple, flexible concept where members pay a monthly subscription to enjoy a fleet of Sea Ray luxury sports cruisers. Our members receive comprehensive training, and our fleet is always ready to go, fully maintained and insured. Boating has never been easier or more flexible.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Membership & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This full-time role provides essential support to both our sales and membership functions, playing a crucial role in facilitating efficient operations and contributing to a positive experience for potential and current members. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: As a Membership & Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales and membership teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Membership Onboarding Support:

Preparing welcome packs and onboarding materials for new members.

Coordinating training schedules for new members, including boat handling and navigation sessions.

Gathering necessary documentation and ensuring accurate processing of membership applications.

Assisting with the onboarding process, addressing new member questions and providing information as needed.

Member Engagement Support:

Assisting in the planning and execution of member events and activities.

Communicating with members regarding events, updates, and other relevant information.

Collecting and organising member feedback through surveys, calls, and other channels.

Assisting in resolving member inquiries and issues, escalating complex situations when necessary.

Contacting members who have not cruised recently to encourage bookings.

Sales Support:

Generating leads through various channels including online inquiries, phone calls, events, and networking.

Qualifying leads and preparing sales materials.

Scheduling appointments and meetings for the sales team.

Maintaining and updating CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Assisting with the completion of contract signing with new members.

Administrative & Operational Support:

Processing membership applications, renewals, and payments.

Maintaining accurate records of member information and interactions.

Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.

Assisting in the daily operation of the marinas.

Conducting post-cruise calls to members where required.

About You: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you will possess:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Experience using CRM systems to manage data and track activities.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Professionalism, acting with personal and professional integrity.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Why Join Pacific Boating? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique and growing business that is passionate about sharing the joy of boating. You will contribute to our mission and directly impact our members' experience. We foster a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and member satisfaction.
