Ostar International is a leader within the bathroom & kitchen ware service sector. It provides bathroom & Kitchen ware throughout NSW and QLD. We are looking for a full time office admin to join our team.
Description
Your main job duties will include:
Manage incoming phone calls and handle general customer enquiries
Processing invoices
Basic sales & quoting
Liasing with international suppliers and freight forwarders
General admin duties as requested by the Director
Website updates and administration
Assisting with ad-hoc office duties as required, such as data entry, filing, and general office administration.
Key requirements
MYOB knowledge and experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills in English
Professional and Positive Attitude
Full working right in australia
