About the Position

Step into the fun and fast-paced world of community engagement, where you’ll support the team to connect with locals on everything from public art to parking, coastal projects to sports fields. You'll be the organisational superstar helping make sure we’re in the right place, at the right time, asking the right questions—so the community feels heard and their voices shape what happens next.

This is a part- time role, 20 hours per week – flexible hours to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

About You

You’ll need to be a people-loving organiser with top-notch admin skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the flexibility to juggle tasks like a pro. If you can write clearly, stay cool under pressure, and love being the behind-the-scenes glue that keeps community engagement running smoothly—plus you know your way around Word, PowerPoint and Excel—this role has got your name on it!

Salary: $74,487 - $79,582 per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.
