The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Proven experience in leading and developing a team
• Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen
• Conducting progressive stocktakes
• Data entry and reporting
• Providing leadership, talent management and professional development to all team members
• Customer-focused mindset to ensure all our customer needs are meet (internally and externally)
• Knowledgeable on stock control, security, and loss prevention
• Commitment to maintaining an extremely high level of health and safety, including or in the process of obtaining certificates such as SITXFSA005 (Use hygienic practices for food safety) and SITXFSA006 (Participate in safe food handling practices)
• A track record of delivering a high level of customer service
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with self-driven, motivation, flexibility, and strong decision-making skills
• Ensuring site merchandising standards are kept to a high standard
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Dedication to ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others
• Managing catalogue / promotions tie-up
• Maintaining core range of products
