Position 1: Store Manager – Customer Service Focus

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the shop, 18-room accommodation, and Australia Post outlet

Manage POS systems, stock control, and ordering

Supervise and train staff

Maintain high standards of customer service

Handle cash reconciliations, invoices, and general admin

Operate Cloudbeds booking system

Promote a positive team culture

Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Position 2: Site Manager – Property & Logistics Focus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage stock control, ordering, and deliveries

Operate forklift for loading/unloading trucks

Perform property maintenance, gardening, and waste management

Supervise and train staff

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Support store operations and logistics

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Forklift ticket

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

Comfortable using basic power tools

Forklift license (essential)

First aid certificate (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

Current Police Clearance

Willingness to complete Australia Post and Lotterywest training

Availability for regular communication with management and owners
