We are now looking for a capable and experienced Retail Manager to lead our growing team and drive business success.

About the Role:
As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining overall business performance. This is a key leadership position suited to someone who is hands-on, customer-focused, and has a proven background in retail or salon management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon

Supervise and train staff to maintain service quality and efficiency

Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, and supplier coordination

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

Monitor and improve sales performance and client retention

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling needs

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a retail or salon management role

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

Excellent customer service orientation

Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory control

Experience in a beauty or wellness setting (preferred but not essential)
