About the role

The Cray Mandurah is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our prestigious restaurant located in the heart of Mandurah, Western Australia.

This role involves evening and weekend shifts, including public holidays

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer and employee experience

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve the overall dining experience

Foster a positive and productive work environment for the restaurant team

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Oversee the preparation and presentation of exceptional quality food and beverages

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with the wider management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control

Plan, Organize, Control the business operations of the outlet with the coordination of the chef's team.

Proficient in the use of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Available to work over the weekends, public holidays, and special days.

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification required
