Modular Project Manager

Your new company

Your new company is one of SEQ's fastest-growing modular construction companies. They specialise in residential, government and commercial projects. They are now expanding their team with 2x Project Managers. Ideally, one to be based in Brisbane and the other on the Sunshine coast.

Your new role

In your new role, you will work closely with the Sales Team to onboard new clients and coordinate with the design and estimating teams to finalise project documentation and costing. You will liaise with clients throughout the design, approval, and construction process, ensuring efficient procurement and coordination of materials and subcontractors. Additionally, you will manage site supervisors, communicate project variations, and oversee the project to practical completion and handover.

What you'll need to succeed

What you'll need to succeed in your new role:

• 3-5 + years experience in a residential construction Project Management role
• MS Projects, Procore, Jonas Premier software experience
• Estimating & Modular experience favourable but not required
