The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane Projects & Construction team. This full-time, permanent role will manage a variety of capital works and building infrastructure projects, including upgrades, refurbishments, and compliance-driven works across commercial and industrial facilities. Projects are primarily local, within a 100km radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from initial scoping through to completion and handover
• Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure project milestones, safety, and compliance standards are met
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality assurance across your portfolio
• Prepare project reports, manage documentation, and maintain client communication
• Ensure work aligns with OH&S, risk management, and environmental standards

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience delivering construction or building services projects
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor coordination skills
• Good understanding of safety, QA, risk, and compliance obligations
• Financial management skills - including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
Essential:

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
• Construction White Card
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite

Desirable:

• Trade background (e.g. Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry)
• Cert IV in OHS or equivalent experience
• Membership with AIPM, AIQS, Engineers Australia, or similar
