Due to strong growth, we’re expanding our Lead Generation Department and looking for a motivated and results-driven team member to join our high-performing, close-knit team.

About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to engage potential leads over the phone and secure qualified appointments for our Senior Consultants. You’ll help ensure that each client is informed, prepared, and motivated for their consultation.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and loves speaking to people.

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling warm and cold leads to book qualified appointments

Clearly articulating our value proposition and setting expectations for the consultation

Handling objections professionally and confidently

Accurately updating call records and appointment outcomes in our CRM

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in appointment setting or sales (finance or property industry experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

A confident, engaging phone manner with strong objection-handling skills

Genuine desire to help people and a professional, proactive attitude

Strong listening skills and the ability to follow a structured sales process

A performance mindset with a commitment to hitting KPIs
