Certificate IIII or higher in a relevant field of support work desirable.

About the Role

Due to client growth, we are looking to add another Client Liaison Officer to work in the Home and Community Supports Team. This role will be the primary contact for their portfolio of Home and Community clients and the support workers that work with those clients. You will be supported directly by the Operation Manager - Home and Community Supports, to ensure our clients are receiving the highest quality care and to ensure out Support Workers are supported effectively to deliver this care.
