Workfast is looking for a Business Development Manager - Scaffold Systems to join our client based in Ormeau, QLD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional with a strong background in scaffold systems, particularly Ringlock and KwikStage, to contribute to a growing business with national reach.

What you need:

• Proven experience in business development within the scaffolding industry
• In-depth knowledge of Ringlock and KwikStage systems
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to travel nationally to engage clients and conduct demos
• Sales-driven mindset and client-focused approach

What you will be doing:

• Drive Ringlock and KwikStage hire and sales growth and expand client base
• Identify and target potential clients within the scaffolding industry, with a focus on Ringlock and KwikStage Systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Travel nationally to prospect and meet with clients, conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
