About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a dynamic team. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Projects, you will be responsible for identifying new commercial sales opportunities across Projects and Service for South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Your remit will include but not be limited to:
Identify new commercial prospects across sales and service, and convert them into successful business ventures.
Implement strategic business development and marketing initiatives to enhance their market presence and visibility.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including end-user clients, specifiers, consultants, and builders, to foster positive and productive relationships.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
Drive the growth of their service division by securing new contracts and expanding offerings.
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll :
Demonstrate outstanding sales abilities to effectively drive results and close deals.
Bring valuable experience in HVAC, controls, or allied industries, leveraging it for strategic advantage.
Excel in building and nurturing relationships, establishing a solid network within the industry.
Show proficiency in managing and negotiating contracts to optimize outcomes and protect interests.
Possess exceptional communication skills that facilitate clear and impactful interactions with all stakeholders.
