Join a leading ASX-listed mining company at the forefront of Australia's resource sector. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Management Accountant to support financial performance and strategic decision-making across our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with site and corporate teams to drive cost control and performance.
• Ensure compliance with ASX reporting standards and internal controls.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Support capital project evaluations and investment decisions.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenario planning.

Experience:

• CPA/CA qualified with 8+ years in a senior accounting role.
• Big 4 audit background is an advantage.
• Proven experience in the mining sector, with a strong preference for underground mining operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in ERP (Pronto) systems and advanced Excel.
