We have a friendly, easy-going and dynamic team at Satori Wealth, a boutique accounting and financial planning firm in Osborne Park, dedicated to providing expert advice and support to our clients.

We have a new, modern office that is close to public transport and overlooks the beautiful Herdsman Lake.

We take immense pride in building and sustaining long-standing relationships with our clients, while offering tailored advice around superannuation, retirement planning, risk management, accounting and taxation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager to join our close-knit team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our accounting and taxation division, by taking the lead on client engagements, mentoring a capable team and helping to shape the future of our practice.

We’re looking for someone with strong and articulate communication, the ability to be adaptable and work extremely well autonomously.

Your responsibilities would include:

Delivering tax, compliance and advisory services with strong commercial insight.

Training and developing a capable team, consisting of two intermediate accountants and a graduate accountant.

Assisting the senior partner with consulting work and client meetings.

Workflow management and annual budget setting for the accounting division.

Taking the lead on various projects (i.e. transitioning the practice to Xero).

How can you stand out?

We'd like you to have fun while at work and enjoy having a chat, a cup of tea/coffee and a biccy; as well as a drink of choice on a Friday afternoon!

Fully CPA or CA qualified, ideally with five years or more of experience in public practice.

Tech savvy - Strong proficiency in accounting software products (e.g., Xero, MYOB and Handisoft etc).

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
