We’re seeking a a highly capable and motivated Finance and Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team across Perth and the Philippines. The Opportunity: Finance and Accounting Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of all financial reporting across multiple legal entities. You will lead the accounting team, manage offshore operations, and drive best-practice accounting processes that support our ongoing growth.

We are looking for a senior accounting leader who thrives on precision, structure, control, and execution.

In this role, you will:

Lead end-to-end accounting operations and month-end close across all legal entities

Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting with variance analysis and KPI tracking

Coordinate budgeting and support compliance with all statutory obligations

Manage treasury functions including cash flow reporting, banking, and debt obligations

Oversee payroll, accounts, and finance system improvements

Lead a team in Perth and the Philippines, fostering accountability and collaboration

What you bring to the table:

CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting or Finance

At least 5 years’ experience in a senior accounting or finance management role

Experience in managing accounting across multiple entities

Strong technical skills in Australian accounting standards, financial modelling, and compliance

A confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
