Located close to west Perth our clients are a well-established and highly successful property development and construction group of companies, due to growth the CFO would now like to add to the successful team with the addition of a management accountant.

The vacancy:

Maintenance of the financial records of the company

Support and work close with external accountants

Oversight of Payroll & AP staff & functions

AR collection (working closely with the operational admin staff who prepare all job cost estimates and invoices)

Preparation of regular Financial Reports to management & the Board (particularly weekly AR, AP & Cashflow forecast reports)

Primary point of contact with our external accountants

Delivery of month end accounts and monthly management report preparation

taxation & compliance matters

preparation of end of financial year reports and audit reviews

Primary point of contact for the company banking relationships

Report into a highly experienced CFO

To apply:

Have 2 or more year's experience in Australia as a Management Accountant.

Ideally CA/CPA part or fully qualified but not essential.

Hold excellent communication skills.

Be able to demonstrate good time management.

Want a long-term position with a growing and very successful company.

Ideally have experience within the construction industry but not essential.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Must have permanent right to work in Australia

Strong financial modelling and budgeting experience, including cash flow forecasting

In return:

A salary of between $110,000 to $130,000 + Super
