Working across a diverse national client base, you'll provide true business partnering through cashflow management, forecasting, budgeting and board reporting, spending 2-3 days per week embedded within client businesses and the remainder working from home or the Perth office. The Director launched a technology transformation division twelve months ago, helping clients implement automation and AI solutions to modernise their finance functions. This means you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge tools while building core management accounting expertise in a supportive environment where overtime simply doesn't exist.

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 years in business services, audit or similar accounting environment
• Experience preparing management reports, cashflow analysis and financial forecasts
• CA or CPA qualified (or working towards completion)
• Comfort with Excel modelling and ideally exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Ability to explain financial concepts in plain terms - you'll present to boards and leadership teams
• Keen attitude and genuine interest to develop new skills
• Bonus - Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for financial analysis or process improvement
