About the role

E-Homes Australia is seeking a talented Finance & Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team in our Adelaide, SA office. This full-time role will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

What you'll be doing

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions

Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports

Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounts role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. Xero)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance preferred
