As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team based in the Adelaide CBD.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable functions and supporting broader finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Full function accounts payable processing

Reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of discrepancies

Processing staff reimbursements and expense claims

Assisting with month-end reporting and general ledger support

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments

Supporting finance-related administration and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role

Strong working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Clear written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn
