We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who knows the finance or accounting space and wants to lead a desk with full autonomy, support, and a young but respected brand behind them.

What do you need?

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting in the finance, accounting, or professional services space
• A strong understanding of the finance talent market — and what good looks like
• An existing network of clients and contacts within the finance and accounting industries
• Proven track record of billing and building client relationships
• Confidence to own your patch and build it your way — with integrity and intent.
• Strong communication and commercial acumen
• A thoughtful, values-led approach to how you work with clients and candidates

What will you be doing?

• Lead finance recruitment across roles in accounting, commercial finance, and financial services
• Build new client relationships — from established partners in your network to new business
• Deliver thoughtful, high-quality recruitment outcomes from brief to placement
• Shape how The Good Crowd shows up in the finance space — through content, events, and outreach
• Work closely with the founder to set goals, share wins, and shape what comes next
• Be part of a small, collaborative, high-performance team with no egos and big ambition
