What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings experience and initiative to the role. You should be able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with internal teams.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in a similar accounts role

Strong proficiency with MYOB accounting software

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and payroll legislation is advantageous but not essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Previous experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous but not essential

Duties/Responsibilities:

Weekly end to end payroll preparation and processing

Maintaining time recording software master data input

Executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Management team

Accounts payable processing for the Group

Process and administer various functions for the Group including:

Credit Card Payments

Office Supplies including cleaning

Heavy and light vehicle administration

Uniform & Logo PPE

Travel and accommodation booking

Functions and catering coordination

Security and key registers

Front of house management.

Maintain and develop social media platforms/website

Provide support for the Finance and HR team as required

Ad-hoc and other duties as required, commensurate with skills and classification level
