The Opportunity
This newly created position is a rare chance to join a respected brand at a pivotal time of growth. You’ll become a specialist in a premium range of hardware systems designed for high-performance applications in architectural and construction settings. The role has a strong technical and commercial focus, bridging product knowledge with solution-based selling.
Product Portfolio Includes:
Precision-engineered pivot and concealed hinge systems for large-format doors.
High-end magnetic locking solutions that blend form and function.
Architectural grade pull handles, entry sets, and minimalist edge pulls.
Hardware designed in collaboration with globally recognised industrial designers.
Initial Phase (6–8 Months):
Focus on account management, supporting inbound client inquiries.
Deep-dive product training to understand system functionality and specification requirements.
Shadow technical and sales specialists to learn the company’s process and value proposition.
Build trust with existing OEM, fabricator, and joinery clients.
Beyond the Ramp-Up:
Step into a more proactive sales and consulting role across key client segments.
Identify and pursue new opportunities with fabricators, bespoke joiners, and architectural metalworkers.
Deliver technical presentations and product consultations on-site and virtually.
Provide client insights to product and design teams to support innovation and market responsiveness.
Who You Are:
A commercially savvy, technically minded professional who thrives at the intersection of design, construction, and manufacturing.
You may come from:
Architectural or construction sales with experience selling components or systems.
Roles working with OEMs, metal or timber fabricators, or bespoke joinery specialists.
A background in product development or systems integration for the built environment.
Trade-qualified or tertiary educated in architecture, construction, design, or engineering.
What You Bring:
Confidence explaining technical product features and mechanical systems.
Experience servicing OEM, fabrication, or specialist contractor markets.
A love for problem-solving, solution-selling, and relationship building.
A genuine interest in beautiful, high-performance products that elevate architectural outcomes.
