Full-Time Permanent

Remuneration:

Salary: AU$90,000 per annum (negotiable)

Superannuation

Commission: Competitive commission schedule in addition to the base salary

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual B2B Sales and Marketing Representative, who are fluent in both Vietnamese and English, to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our educational products and services to agents and companies within the education sector.

Responsibilities:

B2B Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational agents and partners through effective communication.

Prospective Client Identification: Compile lists of prospective client businesses using directories and other sources to identify potential partners within the education sector.

Market Intelligence: Acquire and update knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, as well as market conditions, to stay informed about industry trends.

Client Visits: Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities, understanding their unique needs.

Needs Assessment: Assess customers' needs and recommend and explain goods and services to them, providing tailored solutions.

Market Monitoring: Monitor customers' changing needs and competitor activity, reporting these developments to sales management for strategic decision-making.

Quoting and Negotiation: Quote and negotiate prices and commission terms, complete contracts, and record cases to facilitate successful partnerships.

Sales Reporting: Report to the Marketing Director on sales made, marketability of goods and services, and provide insights into market trends.

Customer Follow-up: Follow up with agents and partners to ensure satisfaction with our services, and promptly address and resolve any arising problems.

Sales Documentation: Prepare sales reports, and maintain and submit records of business expenses incurred in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding B2B sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing

Qualification in marketing or business

Holding a Vietnamese overseas study counselling certificate
