Our Client
Proudly family-owned and Australian-made, this business exists to enhance and protect high-traffic interiors - keeping them safer, more durable, and looking newer for longer. For over 20 years, they’ve designed, manufactured, and installed architectural wall and door protection across healthcare, aged care and hospitality environments. Their product range - including handrails, corner guards, wall panels, door systems and expansion joint covers - is durable, low-maintenance and visually minimal, blending seamlessly into modern designs. Driven by innovation and continuous improvement, they work closely with architects, builders and head of facilities, and foster a values-led culture that empowers employees to think strategically and deliver real impact.
The Opportunity
Step into a strategic B2B sales role where you’ll work with architects, builders and head of facilities to influence specs, uncover new opportunities, and close project deals. With extended sales cycles, you’ll take a consultative approach and become a trusted advisor from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal technical, sales and project teams to deliver tailored solutions. Based in Broadmeadows, you’ll enjoy a tight-knit, values-driven team, regular coaching, a company car, onsite parking, team bonuses - and no weekend work. Your work won’t just fill pipelines — it will shape environments where safety, dignity and design all matter.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring commercial drive, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll also have a genuine passion for building lasting relationships and delivering results. Ideally, you have:
- Solid B2B sales experience in architectural, construction, or building products
- Strong ability to prospect for new business and consistently hit or exceed targets
- A strong track record of managing project-based sales from initial lead to close
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders
- A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for untapped opportunities
- Confidence in technical conversations and basic construction knowledge
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- A self-driven, team-focused approach grounded in initiative and accountability
- Advantageous but not essential: experience in healthcare, aged care, or hospitality environments
