About the Role:
This is a key leadership position responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating sales and marketing efforts across our office. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and leading a dynamic team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and meet business objectives.

Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and office-wide targets.

Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for residential property sales and rentals.

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities in the local market.

Conduct market analysis to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and online advertising.

Monitor and report on performance metrics and return on investment for marketing initiatives.

Foster strong relationships with clients, media partners, and local stakeholders.

Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the real estate or property sector.

Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and driving sales performance.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and market analytics tools.

Qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field (highly regarded).
