At Salexo Consulting I’m a specialist recruiter focused exclusively on technical sales roles across Australia. I work with a wide network of clients — from high-growth SMEs to multinational/global manufacturers — and I have live opportunities across VIC/NSW right now!

The types of roles I usually recruit range from:

Sales Engineers (typically around $110k–$120k + super)

Up to National BDMs (paying up to $150k + super)

Extras like bonuses/commissions, tools of trade, and company car/allowances depending on the role

I work across industries like:

Packaging machinery and conveyor lines

Injection moulding and plastics equipment

Robotic automation and smart manufacturing systems

Industrial drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Labelling, coding, and scanning solutions

Capital equipment for food, beverage, and pharma production

As well as RFID systems, biometric devices, and even smart card manufacturing equipment

What I’m looking for are people who:

Have sold technical products or solutions - it could be anything!

Understand complex sales processes and long lead times

Have experience working in external sales roles

Ideally have some sort of technical background or degree

And most importantly — know how to build strong customer relationships and deliver value
