Position

The front-line point of contact for our customers the internal sales customer service roll is extremely pivotal to the efficient day to day function of our business. You would be working closely with senior management on a daily basis to further develop our reputation as a key supplier to industry.

Key responsibilities for this role:

Receiving calls for product sales and information.

Responding to all customer enquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, delivery schedules and backorders in a timely manner

Accurately processing and keying of sales orders

Provide product solutions

Customer technical support

Provide customer quotations as required

Ensure company's customer expectations are meet if not exceeded

About you:

Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and attention to detail.

Be self-motivated, quick leaner, with a can-do attitude.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize well

Customer focus and results orientated

Computer literate

Experience

We expect the successful person would have had previous experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service-related environment. A previous background from the Hydraulics, industrial hoses, industrial products or pneumatics industry would be an advantage.
