We partner with our customers to provide cost effective scrap metal and recycling solutions that maximise the use of recyclable materials, minimise disposal costs and reduce harm to the environment. We provide services to our customers with an enthusiastic team of drivers, supported by a committed office team and a fleet of modern, well-equipped vehicles.

The Role

This is the perfect entry-level role for a bubbly, motivated go-getter who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone! You’ll work closely with our sales and trading team to support our customers and help grow our client base.

What you’ll be doing

• Chatting with potential customers on the phone (cold calling & inbound) ☎️
• Booking appointments and passing on hot leads to our sales team 📅
• Answering inbound calls with a smile 😊
• Supporting our friendly sales team and keeping our CRM up to date
• Helping grow our business through lead generation and admin support

About You

• A bright, energetic personality – someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people
• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Confidence on the phone and a professional manner
• Great time management and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (we’ll teach you the rest!
