At Apex Commercial Furniture, we’re a fast-growing e-commerce company specialising in stylish, high-quality commercial furniture. Our customers come to us—we don’t do cold calling or focus on showroom sales. Instead, we need a customer-focused sales professional who can manage inquiries, send quotes, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
We’re looking for a customer-focused sales representative to maintain existing relationships, grow new ones, and ensure a seamless sales process.
👉 No furniture experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage and Strengthen Customer Relationships – Engage with existing customers, ensuring they receive the best service and continue choosing us for their furniture needs.
✔ Develop New Business Opportunities – Respond to new inquiries, provide expert advice, and convert leads into long-term customers.
✔ Send Quotes & Process Sales – Prepare and send quotes, guide customers through purchasing, and follow up to close deals.
✔ Resolve Issues Efficiently – Address concerns related to products, shipping, or payments with professionalism.
✔ Be a Product Expert – Develop in-depth knowledge of our furniture, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions.
✔ Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with logistics and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
What You Bring:
• Experience in account management, customer service, or sales, ideally in an e-commerce or office-based environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to maintaining and growing customer connections.
• Excellent communication skills (phone & email), with a responsive and customer-focused mindset.
• No prior furniture knowledge needed—just a willingness to learn!
• Tech-savviness—familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and order management tools is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced work environment.
