About the role

As an Internal Sales / Customer service at Laser Wizard Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. This full-time position is based in our St Marys, NSW office, offering an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Researching and identifying potential customers, building relationships and follow-up quotations.

Handling inbound sales enquires, negotiating terms and closing deals.

Providing post sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, such as calls made, leads generated and deals closed.

Assisting the team with administrative tasks, such as order processing, invoicing, and data entry.

Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Maintaining awareness of customer credit standing and following company procedures regarding credit.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Supporting the sales team with any other duties as required to achieve our business objectives.

Meeting with senior leadership team to establish key development opportunities.

Required skills

Proven experience in a sales support and administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
