Norcape Tree & Contracting Services is looking for an office administrator to work alongside our current office manager to maintain the daily tasks of organising and planning day to day works in a small vegetation management company. This is a part-time role, please do not apply if you are looking for full-time opportunities.
What the role entails:
Planning future works
Discussing jobs with future clients on the phone
Scheduling quotes
Completing quotes, invoices and inputting bills on Xero
Inputting field data into software
Organising safety documents and preparing for audits
Filing and sorting of documents
Who we are looking for:
Available immediately
Focused and organised individual
Experience using Xero software
Experience using Google Suite
Hardworking and motivated
Proactive in keeping busy during slow periods
Available 3 days per week (Wednesday - Friday), approx. 20 hours per week (8:30am-3:30pm daily)
Confident talking on the phone to clients and suppliers
Desirables:
Confident with WHS documents and certifications in the workplace
Previous experience with website design and marketing
