About the role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Surefire Insurance Brokers' in Leederville, Western Australia. This part-time role will provide essential administrative support to our busy office, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and growing our business. This role would be perfect for a back to work person who would like working school hours.
We are also happy to look at people who are studying part-time and have time to commit to a 20+ hour position.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including managing incoming calls, maintaining filing systems, and assisting with day to day processing and report preparation
Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
