About the role
Bishop Collins' is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Office Administration Assistant to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. This full-time position will provide vital administrative support to our busy office, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Providing administrative support, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and document preparation
Managing internal meeting and office functions
Assisting with general office duties as required
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office suite software
Previous experience in an administration role with knowledge of accounting terminology an advantage
Experience in the use of Xero Practice Manager and Suitefiles
A keen interest in providing exceptional customer service
Must be able to work in a team
Be a self-starter with a positive can do attitude.
