About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small family office team of 2-3 people in the property and finance sector. You’ll handle a mix of administrative and financial tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide proactive administrative support to the family office Principal and local director.
Manage office administration, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
Oversee office supplies.
Coordinate with external consultants such as property agents, loan managers, accountants, and solicitors.
Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with external tech support.
Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
Bookkeeping Support
Prepare monthly reports for the Principal and internal stakeholders, including cash flow and summaries.
Manage monthly expenses, payments, reimbursements, and payroll.
Issue invoices for rental and interest income and track payments.
Assist the external accountant with BAS and income tax return preparations.
Monitor bank account transactions and balances.
About You
1-3 years of office administration experience.
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and professional presentation.
Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work independently.
BAS preparation experience preferred (not essential).
Bookkeeping and MYOB experience preferred (not essential).
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
