The Opportunity:

A Support Coordinator helps NDIS clients understand and implement their NDIS plan, connecting them with appropriate supports and services. They work to build capacity, improve well-being, and foster community participation. This is a Permanent Part-time Opportunity 4 days a week.

What we’re looking for?

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients, service providers, and stakeholders.

Strong administration skills juggling multiple priorities at any given time.

Coordinate and implement holistic services related to housing, education, health, NDIS supports, and specialist services for individuals with a wide range of disabilities

Understanding NDIS guidelines and processes is essential to provide advice and consultation to participants and their families and ensure compliance and quality service standards are met.

Research and manage a range of support options to suit individual needs across multiple service providers within budget

Monitor monthly billing and track billable hours

Required

Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as a NDIS Coordinator of Supports, Local Area Coordinator, Planner, or similar role is highly regarded.

NDIS screening & Worker Orientation module

Current Police Clearance

Working With Children Check

First Aid & CPR qualifications
