We are a registered NDIS provider offering independent contractor positions that give you the freedom and flexibility you’ve been searching for.

We are offering support coordination, specialist support coordination (requires degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as social work or psychology), and psychosocial recovery coaching positions.

• Higher pay. $55/hr level 2 and PRC, or $100/hr for level 3 specialist support coordination.

Who Are We Looking For?

• You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.

• You have relevant qualifications. Diploma, cert IV, degree in allied health etc.

• You’re passionate about empowering NDIS participants and are looking for a role that allows you to provide genuine, individualised support.

• You live in the greater Newcastle area or Central Coast.

• You value flexibility and are eager to take control of your workload and work-life balance.

• You are wanting to make the most of your skills and experience as a support coordinator before further changes to the scheme take place.

• You may have been working as an unregistered support coordinator up until this point. We are an NDIS-registered provider, so we are well-prepared for the upcoming mandatory registration for support coordinators in July.

• If you have specific training and experience working in mental health, then you may be eligible for the psychosocial recovery coaching role.

Essential requirements:

• NDIS worker screening check, police check, and working with children check

• Current drivers licence, a reliable vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance.

• Certificate of completion from NDIS worker orientation module

• Your own ABN and insurances (professional indemnity and public liability). We can assist you with this.
