Auscare Support provides comprehensive services to NDIS participants across Australia, including Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination and more.
We're seeking passionate and dedicated Support Coordinators in Western Sydney, NSW.

- Please note: This role is an Independent Contractor position. You will manage your own superannuation, taxes, expenses, and provide your own equipment (computer, phone, etc.). Employee option will potentially be considered.
The Opportunity
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll help people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals by building their capacity and providing ongoing support.
- Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Support Coordinator.
- Strong negotiating and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- You’ll Also Need:
- 100 points of identification.
- Valid driver’s license and a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
- Full Australian working rights.
- An Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Relevant certifications.

What to Expect:
- Application: Reviewed within 14 days of submission.

- Panel Interview: Conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Reference Checks: Written reference checks will be conducted via email with your two most recent managers.
- Contract & Onboarding: If successful through all the above stages, we will commence our onboarding and training process.
