A growing, purpose-led fitness and lifestyle business based in Jindalee is seeking a skilled Human Resources Consultant to guide and support its next stage of development. This flexible, contract-based opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives on autonomy and impact—and who knows Employment Hero inside out.

Your Role

Working directly with the business owner, the consultant will be responsible for:

• Drafting and implementing updated Workplace Agreements tailored to the team and aligned with current recommendations
• Reviewing and updating Contractor Agreements to ensure compliance and clarity
• Refining IBO (Independent Business Owner) Agreements to suit the organisation’s operating model
• Setting up and configuring Employment Hero effectively to streamline HR operations
• Providing immediate access to ongoing HR advice and support as needed

Your Profile

Proven experience with Employment Hero, including full system setup and HR functionality. Solid background in HR consulting, industrial/employment relations, or employment law
Strong written communication and document development skills
Ability to operate independently and provide practical, strategic HR advice
Professional, trustworthy, and solutions-focused.
