In this role, you will play a pivotal part in major land and built form development projects. What You’ll Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of residential land development projects from concept to completion.
- Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure commercial objectives are met
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing) and external stakeholders (consultants, councils, contractors) to drive project outcomes.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project documentation, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Contribute to market research, site assessments, and innovative, community-focused solutions.
Who You Are
- Tertiary qualified in property, planning, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline.
- Ideally 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience in land or property development, urban planning, or a related field.
- Strong communicator—articulate, respectful, and able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about the property industry, open to change, and eager to learn and grow with a supportive team.
- Committed, reliable, and ready to step up when opportunity knocks.
