About the Role:
We’re seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our growing team, focused on delivering outsourced HR and Health & Safety solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs - think 5 - 80 employees).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for new business development who loves the thrill of the chase. With solid 360 BDM experience, you don’t need industry experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is your energy, ambition, and ability to sell conservatively. We provide comprehensive training, including a full induction program and a dedicated week at our Sydney HQ to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through self-sourced leads, appointments, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
  • Attend sales appointments booked by your Telemarketing partner and your own self-generated appointments.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate and attend meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
  • Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
  • Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focused high energy and high reward culture.

What do you bring to the team:

  • A proven background (4+ years) in B2B sales or business development.
  • A self-starter with exceptional motivation and ambition.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative sales style.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and convert opportunities into results.

  • Year 1 Package - starting base salary of up to $75,000 + Super & uncapped commission, plus Company Car or Car Allowance. Year 1 minimum earning $165K+
