Your Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth running of our daily operations while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for all. You’ll lead with a balance of professionalism and heart—supporting clinicians and clients, improving systems, and helping us grow sustainably.

You’ll also:

Lead reception and front-desk functions

Manage clinician diaries and client bookings

Oversee billing across Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover, DVA & private health

Support marketing, social media, and stakeholder engagement

Maintain compliance with healthcare and workplace legislation

Help us innovate, grow, and support our vision

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Practice management experience (preferably in psychology or allied health)

Qualifications in Practice Management or Business Management

Confidence with scheduling systems and billing platforms (e.g. Zanda, Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and private billing processes

Strong leadership, time management, and decision-making skills

A calm, compassionate communication style

Familiarity with HR, compliance, and workplace safety requirements

A passion for inclusive, client-centred care

Bonus if you also have:

Mental Health First Aid or First Aid certification

Experience supporting business development or systems improvement

Required Checks

Current QLD Driver’s Licence

National Police Check

Blue Card / Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
