About Us

At Hype Clinic, we do things differently. We are a warm, vibrant multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families. Our multidisciplinary team of GP’s with special interest, Psychiatrists, paediatricians and administrators are passionate about providing a collaborative and strengths-based approach to care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a strong background in medical administration and a proven ability to lead a team.

You will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting the Operations Manager and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth delivery of services and an outstanding client experience.

While this role is primarily based at our Springwood clinic, you’ll also oversee our other clinic to provide leadership and help drive consistency and connection across both sites

Our ideal candidate will have:

At least two years recent experience as a Practice Manager in a medical environment. (highly desirable)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a medical administration role (essential)

Experience managing a multidisciplinary clinical team (highly desirable)

Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly manner

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach

Knowledge of Medicare and understanding of medical terminology

High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to build a positive team culture

Ability to relate well with healthcare professionals, staff and patients

An organised Proactive approach

Ability to drive a culture of collaboration, professionalism and warmth across the clinic

Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task in a busy environment

Managing practice systems, reporting and compliance

Brings a practical understanding of digital tools to support efficient workflows

Current Australian Drivers licence and own car
