What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee day-to-day operations across two dental practices

Lead, support, and develop a growing clinical and front-office team

Deliver exceptional front-desk and patient experience

Manage recruitment, performance reviews, and team development

Work with owners to implement strategies for business and patient growth

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar dental management role

Proven success in managing a busy dental practice

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient with dental software and confident with reporting/admin

Personable, solutions-focused, and highly organised
