We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead our passionate team and elevate our patient experience to new heights.

What You’ll Be Doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing cosmetic dental clinic

Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of dentists, nurses, and front office staff

Managing patient experience from first call to final smile reveal – with five-star service

Handling rostering, HR, payroll, and compliance with precision and care

Optimising systems, workflows, and processes for efficiency and scalability

Monitoring KPIs, financials, and working alongside the leadership team on business growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience as a dental or medical practice manager

Exceptional leadership and communication skills

A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Experience with dental software (Dental4Windows or similar) and practice analytics

A polished, professional presentation – and a genuine love for people
