We're Hiring: Dental Assistant / Practice Manager

About the Role:

This is a dual role suited to someone with at least 2+ years of experience in general dental assisting and/or practice management. You will work closely with our dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding care and service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Chairside assisting during dental procedures

Managing appointment schedules and patient communications

Sterilization and infection control procedures

Overseeing the day-to-day administration of the clinic

Stock control and ordering

Supporting staff management and training as required

Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients

About You:

Minimum 2 years experience in a dental assistant or practice management role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of dental software (Core Practice Preferred)

A friendly and professional manner with a patient-first mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
